This legal plan is a waste of money . The 2 Los Angeles attorneys that I dealt with each were horrible . If you have an actionable civil complaint the LegalShield attorneys cannot help you . I have a current complaint against a CA business , and as a member , the only service that the attorneys offered was to write a letter😆 . The letter had grammatical errors and was essentially useless . I will seek a better plan with more professional attorneys .
Does not operate on Google Pixel 6 Pro
Well I joined when it was called prepaid legal then they changed to legalshield. I joined again 2 days ago and just got the sign up info. Tried to download app not! tried to call main office not! Somethiing is very wrong with them now for some reason tried several time to phone them would connect go through all the prompts nowhere I mean no where! I may have to reconsider using this becasue if this is how it works its not working for me. Just read person below me and they responded to call the number thats the number I have been calling with NO RESULTS. Come on guys. I want to give 5 stars.
Kept charged my credit card even though I did not buy any plans, and yet no response from the customer service!

APP LOGIN is horrible! Resetting password after password just to login! Get it together!
This app is quite possibly the most aggravating thing I have had the misfortune of dealing with. For 5 days I have been unable to log in, because it doesn't recognize the email on my account, despite allowing me to reset my password when I thought that was the problem.
Horrible law firms . . . I put in a request to review documents and the firm just never contacted me. I did this four times trying to give the firm the benefit of the doubt, but after the fourth time I feel used, swindled, and I hope this review will enlighten any unsuspecting buyers. Buyer beware.
